This juvenile Fresh Water Crocodile was found in a well known "nursery" in the Mt Isa region in central QLD. To illuminate this photo two heavily diffused speedlites were used. One for the foreground and another for the background. To hear more about my time in Queensland head to my blog!

We had several days on the Kinabatangan river cruising for Orangutans to photograph and we weren't having much luck. Until we came across a mother and her young feeding on figs. The young Orangutan was extremely curious and swung from tree to tree all the while peeking at us.

I'll never forget the ghostly calls of Indri (the worlds largest Lemur).
